  15.      The _n_e_w_s_g_r_o_u_p_s program compares your .newsrc file with the
  16.      file of active newsgroups, and prints a list of unsubscribed
  17.      newsgroups matching pattern.  If the second argument "flag"
  18.      is present, only newsgroups not found in your .newsrc are
  19.      listed, and the display is not paged.  If the second argu-
  20.      ment is missing, the display is paged, and an additional
  21.      list of unsubscribed newsgroups occurring in your .newsrc is
  22.      printed.
